The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)-Northwest Section was founded in 1914 and was renamed the ASCE Minnesota Section, now with over 1400 members. In the 2014 centennial year (1914-2014), there were many ASCE Minnesota centennial activities that are summarized in this presentation to the Environmental and Water Resources Institute (EWRI) Global Congress June 3-7, 2018 in Minneapolis http://www.ascemn.org/Centennial.html

Dr. Rogers received the William Wisely American Civil Engineer Award, CE History & Heritage Award, EWRI Lifetime Service Award, ASCE Texas: Award of Honor and Lifetime Service Award and became a Distinguished M.ASCE in 2008.
