Carlos Guillermo Lara Treviño (Mexico City, 1979) is an Architect from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana Xochimilco, intern in the degree of Communication Sciences and Journalism in the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico. He has a master's degree in Architecture from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico, has studies in real estate valuation and is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Sciences and Arts for Design by the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana Xochimilco.
The field of study where it is developed covers the areas of Heritage Conservation, theory, history, design, and diffusion of architecture and territory.

Degree in Architecture at the Universidad de Guanajuato in Guanajuato Mexico. She’s actually a full-time professor at the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo in Morelia, Mexico in four grade and post grade architecture programs. Also she conducts research projects specialized in heritage preservation, focused recently on public policies and government programs that impacts the preservation of the small traditional towns in Mexico. She has two books and several chapters and articles published about heritage preservation, and also participates every year in several international conferences specialized in heritage preservation.

Mexican architect, specializing in real estate appraisal and in Reuse of Heritage buildings. In 2005 I won the UNAM Architecture Faculty Award for Excellence in Professional Practice and the nomination to the INAH awards for best thesis research. In 2009 I was specialized in real estate appraisal. In 2013 I got the Master´s degree in Reuse of Heritage buildings, with the research project: "Analysis of optimizing use as investment project for heritage buildings ". I currently works as a reviewer of real estate appraisals and I’m studying a PhD in Science and Arts for Design, in the area of Cultural Heritage Conservation at the Autonomous Metropolitan University.

Fabiola Zambrano Figueroa graduated with a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of São Paulo, and received her Masters in Civil Construction Materials at the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo in 2010, with a specialization in Restoration and Conservation of Mobile Cultural Heritage by the Department of Arts at University of Chile. She has 15 years of experience in wood characterization and in use of nondestructive tests for timber structures at the Technical Research Institute of the State of São Paulo. She is currently the chief of the Department of Conservation of the Museu do Ipiranga and is actively participating at the restoration process of this historical museum in Brazil.

Peruvian architect. As a member of ICOMOS- Peru, she writes diverse articles in different especialized magazines and newspapers. Author of the well-known two-volume book VADEMÉCUM ARQUITECTÓNICO, which is found in the libraries of several Schools of Architecture all over the country and abroad, being recognized by scholars in the field from other Spanish-speaking countries and HISTORIOGRAFÍA DEL CENTRO DE CHICLAYO Y DEL PALACIO MUNICIPAL, a transcendent and thoroughful piece of work about regional and local history. Along these years, she has been awarded by various institutions and in 2016, she got the Lord of Sipan Decoration from the Lambayeque Regional Government for rescuing and highlighting the cultural values of her hometown.
