The restoration of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Darwin Martin House has incorporated principles of energy conservation, smart growth and natural resource protection as central to its core values. Transforming a 19th century house of worship into Asbury Hall, a 21st century multi-purpose venue, was fraught with complications. But many times, difficulties lead to innovative solutions. Join us as we tour these preservation projects that have incorporated sustainability features such as geothermal energy and conclude with a panel discussion at the Martin House.
