COMPLEX LESION WORKSHOP
CTO and complex lesions remain the most challenging aspects of endovascular revascularization. Experienced faculty will provide hands-on training for multiple wires, catheters, and CTO devices. The physician attendee will learn tips and tricks to overcome challenges that complex CLI lesions and CTOs present.
ATHERECTOMY WORKSHOP
Leading experts will demonstrate and provide tactics for the use of laser, directional, aspiration, orbital, rotational, and hybrid atherectomy. The physician attendee will learn the mechanism of action of each atherectomy device and decision making for choosing atherectomy devices based on the lesion morphology.
TIBIAL ACCESS AND ORBITAL ATHERECTOMY CADAVER LAB*
Physicians will learn a stepwise approach in utilizing ultrasound guidance to gain tibiopedal access in the patient with CLI. Skilled connoisseurs will first demonstrate and then provide hands-on training, sharing best practices for successful access, crossing, and intervention, including orbital atherectomy.
*For MD/DO and DPMs only.
