Checks and money orders are accepted as payment for ALC sponsorship, registration fees and event tickets. Checks and money orders must be payable to: Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc.
Cancellations by phone are not accepted. Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by 5:00 PM (EST) by August 5, 2018 to receive a registration refund, less a $35 processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received by CBCF after 5:00 PM (EST) August 5, 2018. To ensure proper processing, cancellation requests must be emailed to CBCFregistration@spargoinc.com or faxed to (703) 631-6288. For eligible cancellation requests, CBCF will issue refund checks within 45 days following the conference. Refund checks will be issued for the registration amount less a $35 processing fee. PLEASE NOTE: Donations are non-refundable. By completing this transaction, you signify that you agree to comply with the cancellation policy for this conference.
Registration substitution requests must be made in writing and must be submitted by the person who paid for the registration or by the original attendee by August 24, 2018. Requests may be sent via email to CBCFregistration@spargoinc.com.
Will Call is available for Phoenix Awards Dinner and Prayer Breakfast tickets.
For planning purposes, sponsors or table hosts may leave tickets in the CBCF sponsor suite under guest names until Friday, September 14 at 5:00 PM. Saturday Pre-Breakfast and Pre-Dinner Will Call is only for Congressional guests, staff, and elected officials. All other guests must retrieve Prayer Breakfast and Dinner Tickets from the Sponsor Suite by 5:00 PM on Friday, September 14.
