Jason Kruse is the Undergraduate Engagement Librarian at Northwestern University Libraries. His focus is making sure that students know how the library can support them, and that they feel welcome with every interaction. Jason also works with campus partners to bring library services to students, even where they might not expect it. Whether handing out popcorn or offering last-minute citation help, he likes to keep engagement simple, contextual and meaningful.
