Making Hotel Reservations: If you haven't done so already and plan to stay at the hotel, please take a moment to make your hotel reservation here. Only online hotel reservations will be accepted. The deadline to reserve your hotel is March 14.
AIUM convention attendees receive the rate of $309 single/double per night, plus applicable taxes. The AIUM has contracted for a set number of rooms at this discounted rate, and after they sell out, rooms may not be available or current room rates will apply.
Hotel rooms must be secured with a valid credit card along with a first night's deposit, which is nonrefundable. Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay the room deposit will be charged immediately.

Special Interest Sessions
Choose from concurrent courses developed by community and interest group officers and presented by distinguished ultrasound professionals.
Learning Labs
Participate in hands-on sessions on point-of-care, elastography, 3D/4D obstetric ultrasound, high-frequency ultrasound, shoulder ultrasound, elbow and peripheral nerves, and multispeciality interventional ultrasound. The early-bird registration fee for these sessions is $65 each. Space is limited.
Meet-the-Professor Sessions
Participate in small group sessions led by renowned ultrasound professionals. Space is limited to 12 participants per session. Each MTP session requires an additional $95 fee. (Note: The registration fee for MTP sessions includes lunch).
Film Panel Sessions
A group of expert panelists will evaluate new and challenging cases in ultrasound.

Convention Registration Fees
Registration fees are payable with submission of the online registration form. Convention registration fees cover attendance to sessions held Sunday, March 25, 2018, through Wednesday, March 28, 2018. Learning Labs and Meet-the-Professor Sessions have additional fees.
AIUM Member Registration Rates
To be eligible for AIUM member registration rates, membership must be current through the convention dates.
Badges
For those attendees registering in advance, your badge and registration materials will be held for you at the AIUM Advance Registration Desk, located on the 2nd Floor Promenade.
Confirmation
Once your registration form is submitted online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and receipt.
Cancellations
Written cancellation must be received by January 16, 2018, to receive a refund of the meeting registration fee minus a $100 administration fee. Written cancellations received after January 16, 2018, will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be received by the AIUM via fax or e-mail: ddelanko@aium.org.

What to Wear
Attire at this year’s convention is business casual. Please note that meeting rooms are air-conditioned, so prepare for all temperatures; consider dressing in layers in case the meeting rooms are chilly.
Children
Due to the nature of the educational sessions and Exhibit Hall, children are not permitted.
Videotaping, Streaming, and Photography Policy
The AIUM does not allow any unauthorized videotaping, streaming, or photography during the event except by management and its designated agents. The AIUM reserves the right to photograph, stream, or videotape any exhibits or attendee for use in promotional materials or any other AIUM publication. The AIUM may videotape educational courses for inclusion in the AIUM’s educational video program library.
Smoking Policy
