One of the fundamental tasks in responding to the Silver Criteria is correctly matching your center’s systems and processes to the categories and items of the criteria. Examiners commonly see mismatches: the right materials in the wrong place, and often the right material missing altogether. This session will take a look at each criterion and list systems and processes that fit.
