Assisted living and other forms of senior housing are constantly evolving. This session will cover what providers can do now to prepare for and thrive in the coming environment. Robert Kramer of the National Investment Center and Mark Parkinson, president and CEO of AHCA/NCAL, will answer critical questions including: What will happen when the demand for beds exceeds the supply? What opportunities and challenges do integrated payment and delivery models present for assisted living? What are the expectations of the baby boomer generation and their adult children? What do industry leaders see as opportunities and challenges to coordinating care?
