I am Shari Terry, the Chief Operations Officer for Vetter Health Services. My background includes being a Registered Nurse, a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, preceptor, and a University instructor. My local involvement in the profession is with the Nebraska Health Care Association as the Executive Board Vice-Chair since 2014. I also served on the University Nebraska Medical Center Department of Gerontology Advisory Board for ten years. Nationally, I have been involved as an American Health Care Quality Award Examiner, and participated in the AHCA Future Leader program. I've seen many changes in the profession over 40 years. The most exciting to me is the emphasis on quality care and services. Our people focused culture is improving engagement and setting us on a path for performance excellence. We are using our standards to measure and celebrate our success.

Rhonda Flanigan, Chief People Officer of Vetter Health Services, earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Arizona State University and her Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Nebraska - Omaha. Rhonda joined the Vetter family in 1997 as the People Development Coordinator overseeing the Human Resources of this 3,600 team member organization. Rhonda became the Chief People Officer in 2015 where she serves on the VHS Leadership Team that guides the company's overall strategic plans and development and executes the people and administrative strategies of the company. She oversees a team of professionals in the areas of human resources/people development, public relations, marketing, education, conference coordination, administration and IT.

Shari Owen is the Talent Development Coordinator for Vetter Senior Living. VSL is a long-term health care company focused on providing dignity in life for residents and their families. Shari's passion is creating, promoting and delivering training solutions designed to support the team's "mission, vision, values" motto. Her main focus is on the design and operation of an interactive and enjoyable environment that supports learning for 3,700 team members located in 30 facilities throughout 5 states. Shari has experience working with all organizational levels within ConAgra Foods and various high school teaching positions for 15 years prior to that. Although born & raised in Iowa, this Nebraks Husker received her Bachelors of Education and master of Health from the University fo Nebraaska.
