ATTENTION ADMINSTRATORS: In order to register for the AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo you will need your NAB Registry ID Number. If you have not yet created your registry, please visit https://www.nabweb.org/manage-my-account to establish your registry ID. If someone else registers you for convention, please make sure they have your Registry ID number. AHCA/NCAL will no longer be reporting to individual state boards. All CE attendance information will be sent to NAB and added to your Registry ID. You need to have a Registry ID even if your state does not require NAB.
There are two easy ways to register for the 69th Annual AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo:
Attendee Registration & Housing • Online Registration is quick, convenient, and you'll get immediate confirmation. All attendees must be registered for the event before a hotel reservation can be made. You may reserve your hotel at the same time, when registering online.
Staying within the official AHCA/NCAL housing block will result in $100 discount off the registration fees (exclusions apply). If attendees book housing in the official AHCA/NCAL housing block and later cancel their reservation, the additional $100 registration fee will automatically be charged.
Not eligible for the $100 discount: Quality Award Recipients, Quality Award Examiners, Expo Hall Pass, Guest Full Package.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via fax to (415) 293-4743 or sent via e-mail at http://ahca.cmrushelp.com. Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations received after September 21, 2018.
Until September 21, 2018: Full refund minus a $75 processing fee.
After September 22, 2018: No refund; No-shows will not receive a refund.
All substitution and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via fax to (415) 293-4743 (Attn: AHCA/NCAL Registration), or by e-mail at http://ahca.cmrushelp.com. Refunds will be processed within 4-6 weeks of request.
Tours and Separate Ticketed Events are subject to cancellation if enrollment is insufficient. In the event of cancellation, registration for the cancelled tour/event will be fully refunded.
AHCA/NCAL is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
"By registering for and/or attending the event, I acknowledge and agree that photographs, video, and other recording of the event may be taken by AHCA/NCAL or parties acting on the behalf of AHCA/NCAL, and that these photographs, video, and other recordings may be used by AHCA/NCAL in any media now known or later invented for any purpose related to AHCA/NCAL's mission, including educational, promotional, and awareness-related use. I give to AHCA/NCAL unlimited permission to use my name, likeness, image, statements and other information I may give to AHCA/NCAL, whether through registration, at the event, or otherwise, that may be necessary for AHCA/NCAL to make use of its rights in the photographs, video, and other recordings."
Representatives of companies that have not purchased a booth will not be allowed to show products, discuss services, or otherwise solicit business in the trade show area; that right is reserved exclusively for representatives of those companies that have purchased booths. Anyone who violates this policy will be escorted from the Trade Show and will not be permitted to re-enter for the duration of the convention.
