GIQuIC — GI Quality Improvement Consortium, Ltd. — is a quality benchmarking registry that is raising the bar on efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability. Participating in a benchmarking registry initiative like GIQuIC supports physicians and facilities in establishing processes for tracking and reporting in an efficient and reliable manner, and readies them for quality and performance expectations. Use the GIQuIC registry for your MIPS Quality Reporting requirements. The registry currently captures data on colonoscopy and EGD procedures. Quality measure reports are generated on real-time basis at the endoscopy site level and the physician level, allowing performance comparison to national standards and to the entire database. More than 7 million colonoscopies and more than 1 million EGDs have been documented to date in the GIQuIC registry. Visit booth #119 to learn more about how your practice can register to participate. GIQuIC is a joint initiative of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE).
