Bangladesh has become one of the most popular destinations of Japanese companies in recent years. Japanese companies have two-dimensional manifestations in Bangladesh, FDI and Partnership. As a consequence, Bangladeshi businessmen and employees are now being exposed to Japanese business culture. This research paper has been articulated on the basis of the data collected from primary and secondary sources. This research finds that Japanese business culture such as 6S KAIZEN, TQM, QC Circle, Kanban Method for Management, TPM, Zero Activity, Mottainai, Punctuality, Mono-Zukuri, DANDORI, Love for the Company First, Work for the Family, Beautification, Congenial and Caring Culture, Practice of 3 Good and so on are now practiced by Bangladeshi business organizations and have been able to bring qualitative changes in the overall business environment.
