Stephanie Tow, MD is currently a Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine Fellow at the University of Colorado. She completed her PM&R Residency and Chief Residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center. As President of the AAPM&R Physiatrist-in-Training (PHiT) Board and member of the Board of Governors in the past, she has led national initiatives to advocate for the needs of physiatrists and the PM&R specialty. She currently serves as a Fellow Representaitve of the AAPM&R PHiT Board and of the AAPM&R Membership Committee, where she continues to work on improving resources to prepare residents for fellowships, including the application and interview processes, while also providing further information to fellowship programs on what residents/fellows seek and require in their medical training. She also has extensive experience in education in the past as Academic Chief Resident in her residency, a Fulbright Fellow in education in Hong Kong, and through various teaching roles during her medical school training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey - New Jersey Medical School and her undergraduate training at Johns Hopkins University.
