Business of Anesthesia & The Fundamentals of Practice Management

RFPs Part 1- Is it a Good Fit? (1 Class A CE)

Monday, September 24
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM
Location: Ballroom C, Hynes

Many CRNAs are faced with opportunities to respond to requests for proposals (RFP), but often times these RFPs can be overwhelming from many ends. The skills needed to construct a comprehensive response can be time consuming, and based on the speaker feedback from 2017, these skills present a large gap in the business of anesthesia. Nurse anesthetists may not know how to identify good opportunity from poor, when to invest time in pursuing opportunities versus declining, or the necessary resources to consider when entertaining an RFP.
