4:15 PM - 5:15 PM
Location: Room 311, Hynes

This presentation will explain the benefits of ERAS, how it functions in practice, and defines roles for CRNAs within a program. The knowledge and skill set of CRNAs is highly adaptable to the leadership role in an ERAS program. The aforementioned qualifications can be used to overcome restrictions in practice and to expand our role as full-service providers in the healthcare system. Ultimately, CRNAs can use their successful leadership of ERAS to add value to care of the perioperative surgical patient.
