Program Director
Oregon Health and Sciences University of Nurse Anesthesia Progam, Oregon

Dr. Osborne Smith is the Program Director of the Oregon Health and Sciences University Nurse Anesthesia Program. She has been a practicing CRNA since 1998 and a large portion of her practice is dedicated to the use of regional anesthesia. She is the Associate Editor of the AANA Journal. She is a former active duty Navy officer of 26 years.
