Dr. Nadelberg is a board certified Anesthesiologist, Clinical Instructor in Anesthesia at Harvard Medical School, and a member of the Department of Anesthesia, Critical Care, and Pain Management at the Massachusetts General Hospital. In 2004, he joined the faculty of the Center for Medical Simulation. His focus is on teaching and developing course material for practicing Anesthesiologists, Nurse Anesthetists, and Anesthesia residents in training. He utilizes simulation for diverse projects, ranging from introductory clinical skills to team training and human factors concepts in accident prevention, in an academic teaching program. He is also a co-investigator in an ongoing research project to assess behavioral competency skills in anesthesia trainees through the use of simulation. Dr. Nadelberg serves as the Director of Anesthesia Crisis Resource Management programs and is the organizer of the American Board of Anesthesiology-Maintenance of Certification in Anesthesia (MOCA) course at CMS.
