Roger is a principal and engineering leader for DLR Group. He is a licensed professional engineer and a LEED Fellow and has guided engineering design on a significant number of projects for museum clients, including the Smithsonian American Arts Museum’s Renwick Gallery modernization, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, and the Mt. Vernon Estate. He is a voting member of DC’s Energy and Green Technical Advisory Group, a member of a Department of Energy National Model Energy Code Task Force, and has contributed to guidance on energy efficiency in historic buildings. He has helped develop building case studies for groups such as the National Institute for Building Sciences, AIA, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. He is a current member of AAM’s sustainability network and was a past AAM national program committee member. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
