Manager of Public Programs
Seattle Art Museum
At the Seattle Art Museum (SAM), Philip Nadasdy manages and oversees programming primarily focused on adult audiences at three distinct museum sites including public conversations, late-night museum programs, concerts, in-gallery performances and tours, and large-scale outdoor events. With a strong focus on community and artist driven programming, he believes that art museums function as anchors of support for thriving and equitable cultural ecosystems. He builds programs at SAM that engage communities with the museum and its exhibitions in relevant and impactful ways through partnership-building and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
