Dr. Michael Morelli is President of Indianapolis Gastroenterology. He is Chair of the ACG Practice Management Committee, and served as Co-Director for the Practice Management Course at the ACG Annual Meeting 2013-2014. He is Founder and Past Medical Director of the Colon Cancer Center of Excellence, Franciscan Health Alliance, Yale-CORE Technical Expert Panel: Ambulatory Procedure Outcome Measure Development Team Member, and GIQuIC Endoscopy Unit Quality Metrics Task Force Team Member. He is Past Chairman, Department of Internal Medicine, Franciscan Health Alliance, in Beech Grove IN. He holds a Certified Physican Executive Degree via the American College of Physician Executives, is the founder and past Director, Colon Cancer Screening Program and Board Member for the Indianapolis Gastroenterology Research Foundation. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at the University of Cincinnati, Internal Medicine and Chief Residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, at attended Medical School at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He has a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
