Dr. Yan Bkman graduated from the University of Minnesota medical school in 2005, and has completed both residency and fellowship training at the University of Minneosta. Dr. Bakman then completed a year-long therapeutic pancreatobiliary endoscopy fellowship at the University of Minnesota, including training in EUS and ERCP. For the past four years Dr. Bakman has practiced as a Gastroenterologist at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center where he specializes in therapeutic endoscopy, including all pancreatobiliary endoscopy for veterans residing in the upper Midwest. In his spare time Dr. Bakman likes to spend time with his two wonderful children, and reads history-related books.
