Thank you for your participation as a moderated poster speaker at WCE 2017. A poster session is designed to permit the author to explain and illustrate his/her concepts, techniques or research findings in a manner that will promote understanding more readily than does a "rapid fire" podium address. Authors must be present during the entire session, which will be moderated.
CONFLICTS: If you have more than one abstract scheduled to be presented during the same time-frame in different rooms, please alert the moderator of both sessions to the conflict so that they can arrange to have you speak early in one session and later in the other session.

Presentations should be submitted in advance of the meeting via the Abstract Portal or onsite in Vancouver at the Speaker Ready Room.
Posters ordered through PCA can be picked up at the Vancouver Convention Centre by Registration during the following times:
Tuesday, 12 September – 13:00-18:00
Wednesday, 13 September – 09:00-16:30
Thursday, 14 September – 09:00-16:30
Friday, 15 September – 09:00-14:00
If you are bringing your poster with you onsite, please ensure that it is in the correct size and bring it with you to the presentation room 30 minutes prior to your session start time to hang it on the assigned board.

The WCE will provide the following during the session:
One 8ft (214cm) Height x 4ft (107cm) Width poster board mounted on a frame
