Nicole Jorwic is the Director of Rights Policy at The Arc of the United States. She received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago. Ms. Jorwic served as a Senior Policy Advisor and Manager of the Illinois Employment First Initiative. Ms. Jorwic also served as the CEO/President of the Institute on Public Policy for People with Disabilities where she improved the lives of people with disabilities and assisted leadership in developing public policy driven best practices.

Lisa Pugh

Lisa Pugh is the Executive Director of The Arc Wisconsin. She is also a former Kennedy Foundation Fellow who worked as a disability policy advisor in the United States Congress and the U.S. Department of Education. Following her return to Wisconsin from Washington she served as the Public Policy Director for Wisconsin's Protection and Advocacy Agency, Disability Rights Wisconsin. She was appointed by President Obama as a representative on the President's Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities in 2015 and served for U.S. Department of Labor Secretary Tom Perez on the Advisory Committee for Increasing Competitive Integrated Employment for Individuals with Disabilities from 2015-2016. She is a former TV reporter with WBAY-TV in Green Bay and now lives with her family in Stoughton, WI. She is married to Mike and mom to three children, one of whom has a developmental disability.
