Mike Henniger is the VP Marketing and Sales for ICEF and has previously held senior positions in the language, vocational and post secondary sectors. Mike has been actively involved in the marketing and recruitment sphere in international education for more than 15 years and is a regular presenter and panelist at international education conferences. Mike specializes in cross media marketing, brand advocacy, social media strategies and effectively using agents to maximize international student recruitment.

Dr. Richard Carter is the Associate Vice President for Global Engagement, and Dean of the School of Continuing Education and Special Programs at the University of South Alabama. He has more than 17 years of experience as an administrator in higher education. Dr. Carter has also served nearly 30 years as a tenured faculty member.

Jacob Eavis

Jacob Eavis serves as the Interim Director for International admissions and Recruitment at the Center for International Education atNorthern Arizona University (NAU). Mr. Eavis has previously served as Admissions Coordinator and as a Recruiter for NAU, and has been in IHE for over 10 years. Mr. Eavis graduated from NAU in 2009.
