Marco Chávez earned two BA degrees from Oregon State University and his MA from Bowling Green State University. During the time he was earning his degrees he became interested in admissions and in international education through his on-campus jobs and study abroad experiences. This interest led him to his current role as the Senior Assistant Director at The Ohio State University where he has been since 2006. During this time he has helped recruit students from all over the world and has also shared his knowledge of international admissions at national and international conferences and workshops.

Jeffrey Lemke

Director of Admissions, Marketing and International Programs
St. Croix High School

Dr. Jeffrey C. Lemke, the Director of Admissions, Marketing and International Programs for St. Croix Lutheran Grades 6-12 of St. Paul, MN; specializes in community outreach, marketing, and international student programming.Jeff earned his undergraduate from Wisconsin Lutheran College, Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Doctoral Degree in Education Administration, graduating in 2011 from Bethel University. Jeff interviews, selects and negotiates contracts with international partners and with local marketing firms that project the school’s brand throughout the community and globe in support of 120 international students from over 15 nations. He promotes a value-based American education in annual visits with parents, partners and schools across America and around the world. As a professor for Martin Luther College’s Masters in Education Administration program, as a consultant for over 25 high schools and colleges, and in his bi-annual International Student Conference for K-12 Schools, Jeff works with school professionals to develop programs that are relevant and accessible for a global audience.
