Stacey Bailey

Assistant Director, International Student & Scholar Services
Kansas State University Office of International Programs

Stacey Bailey currently serves as the Assistant Director in International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) at Kansas State University. Stacey has served in various roles with ISSS at K-State for more than thirteen years. Stacey has been active in NAFSA serving on the regional team as the state representative for Kansas, collaborating on an ISSS CEP workshop and is currently the KCISSS liaison on the NAFSA II Region Team.

Laurel Druke

Senior Registrar & PDSO
St Giles International-San Francisco

Laurel Druke is the Senior Registrar and PDSO at St Giles International in San Francisco. She is also the Regional Liaison Coordinator for the KCISSS National Board. She will be receiving her Masters in Public Administration from the University of San Franicsco in May 2017. Before working at St Giles, she was the International Student Advisor and DSO at ELS San Francisco—North Bay. She throughly enjoys working with students from all over the world. Her specialities are in college counseling, campus programming, strategic planning & analytics, and center operations.

Bradley C. Huggins

Assistant Director of International Student Success
Bellevue College Office of International Education

Brad Huggins is the Assistant Director of International Student Success at Bellevue College, overseeing academic, F-1 visa and student life advising for over 1100 students. Brad has held many roles in both International Education and Student Affairs, including extensive international advising and as a Primary Designated School Official. Brad has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese Language and Culture with a TESOL Certification and a Masters of Education in Student Affairs Administration. Besides his role as a trainer he has served as the KCISSS Representative and other roles for the NAFSA Region I team.

Jay C. Ward

Associate Director, Office of International Programs
San Francisco State University

Jay has more than 30 years of experience in IE & has held positions in international admissions, recruitment, student services/immigration advising and education abroad. At SF State since 1994, Jay serves as the Associate Director of the Office of International Programs. He has served on the NAFSA Region XII & Northern CA District teams, member of Trainer Corps & has presented at numerous NAFSA district, regional & annual conferences. Jay is also a former Fulbright participant with the IEA Program in Japan, coach with the NAFSA Academy, and NAFSA Region XII International Student & Scholar Services Knowledge Community (KC-ISSS) Liaison.
