Learn the pros and cons of various options so that you can be one step closer to selecting and implementing a CRM that works for you. Session participants receive a matrix comparing CRM options.

Megan Prettyman

Director of International Admissions & Immigration Services
University of Findlay

Megan serves as the Director of the Office of International Admissions and Student Immigration Services at the University of Findlay in Findlay, OH, overseeing functions including international marketing, recruitment, admissions, and immigration advising. In 2012, Megan entered the field of international education in the role of global pathways & international exchanges advisor at Florida State University. Prior to joining the University of Findlay, Megan served as the Director of International Recruitment and Admissions at Montana State University and as a member of the British Council's education marketing team. An active member of NAFSA and AIRC, Megan has presented multiple sessions on international recruitment, dual- and joint-degree programs, the implementation of CRMs & marketing automation platforms, and systems thinking within the international admissions office. Currently, she serves as the managing editor of the NAFSA IEM Spotlight Committee, a member of NAFSA Trainer Corps, and an external reviewer for agency certification with AIRC.

Megan graduated from New York University with a master's degree in international education and the University of South Carolina with a bachelor's degree in anthropology. She studied abroad in Galway, Ireland and Kampala, Uganda.

Kellie has spent the last twelve years of her career focused on marketing, recruitment strategy, and system development for schools and universities. Her previous admissions positions with Full Sail University, Berklee College of Music’s online school, Berkleemusic.com, and New England Academy, as well as her involvement in the launch of a Boston start-up called, Private School Innovator, speak directly to her ability to help universities and private high schools as they struggle to remain competitive and identify their differentiators in both domestic and international markets.
