Gary R. Engler CPA

Gary Engler, CPA, specializes in U.S. taxes for foreign individuals. He presents income tax workshops & webinars for international students and scholars and for those that advise them. He has presented many Income Taxes sessions at Nafsa conferences. Gary also serves as a tax consultant to ISS advisers solving the income tax filing problems of non-resident alien students and scholars. Gary began his career in public accounting in the auditing department of Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young). Gary earned a bachelor's degree in political science and economics from Claremont McKenna College, and an MBA from the University of Arizona.

Linda Dunbar Garmy

International Tax Coordinator
Oklahoma State University-Stillwater

Linda Dunbar Garmy is the International Tax Coordinator at Oklahoma State University. She is a CPA licensed in Oklahoma and has an MBA from OSU. She has worked at OSU for 26 years and in the area of nonresident alien taxation for 16 years. In addition, she conducts tax workshops for the nonresident alien community as a volunteer. Linda is currently serving NAFSA Region III as Business Manager/Treasurer.
