Irene has over 22 years of global marketing experience working at executive level positions for both corporations and colleges in markets such as Greater China, Europe and North America. She branded EF's Professional English Division in China managing strategic partnerships for Student Life and Career Services as well as in preparation for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. She has also taught at Beijing Language and Culture University.

She came back to the US and founded USA College Connection in 2009 which specializes in the strategy and development of internationalization solutions for educators ranging from branding, brand protection, PR, marketing, enrollment operations, strategic partnerships, business development, international student management and intercultural communication training. She is currently helping major public US Universities (both administration and academic affairs) with their internationalization and program strategies by leveraging her global network in government, academia, public relations, and enterprise. She has led country visits for US campuses in China and Taiwan where she has arranged foreign high school and university meetings. Trish Rubin's is a marketing instructor at Baruch College in New York City
She is a respected thought leader, speaker, and author. Her ability to forecast curriculum need, envision solutions, and develop unique programs led to a career in as a national program staff and program developer and national trainer, beginning with the U.S. Department of Education and leading to her role as a thought leader and contributor for USA TodayED. In her education career, she traveled from her home in New York City, across the country and ultimately to Europe and Asia targeting businesses large and small, conducting seminars and giving presentations at major universities, to individual entrepreneurs, to associations and organizations, including the United Nations.

Trish teaches international students and develops strong relational connections for her study abroad students that supports their successful retention in the Baruch CAPS program. Her latest book, BrandED expands her international education brand in her speaking and workshop presentations including programs about retention of international colleges and universities.
