Learn more about current U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) practices, policies, and outreach initiatives and how NAFSA’s International Student and Scholar Regulatory Practice Committee (ISSRP) engages with USCIS. Representatives from USCIS have been invited to participate.

Bob White is a partner in the Immigration Group of national law firm, Masuda Funai, located in its Schaumburg, IL office. White has been an immigration attorney for more than 25 years. He was a member of the AILA National's Interior Worksite Enforcement Committee. White was also the chair of the AILA Chicago Chapter and a member of the AILA Board of Governors. White was a member of the AILA National Social Security Liaison Committee. He is currently a member of the AILA National DOL Liaison Committee, treasurer of NAFSA Region V, a member of the NAFSA Region V leadership team, and a Regulatory Ombudsman (RegBud) for Scholar Issues for NAFSA Region V
