CEA Study Abroad
Sara Troy is Director of Program Development at CEA Study Abroad. Sara’s role at CEA is to lead and manage the program development team, which focuses on creating programs that meet the needs of all students. She works closely with both CEA's international staff, and faculty & staff from U.S. universities to develop and deliver strong, acdemically sound programs. Sara has extensive experience in other student-related areas such as academic advising, international student advising, university housing, and program management at both large public and small private liberal arts colleges. Sara studied abroad in Rennes, France through ISEP her junior year of college.

Senior International Student Advisor

Marlene Arnold is a Senior International Student Advisor in the Office of International Student and Scholar Services at the University of Denver. Marlene has been in the field of international education for 16 years, and has experienced working in universities of different sizes and types. Marlene previously worked at Duke University, The Ohio State University, and Franklin University. Marlene has presented at regional and national NAFSA conferences, as well as the CO/WY International Educator’s meeting. Marlene has also served as Region II’s KC-ISSS Regional Liaison. She is currently in her second term in NAFSA’s Trainer Corps. Marlene holds a B.A. in French from Wake Forest University and an M.A. in International Education from the School for International Training (SIT Graduate Institute). Marlene enjoys supporting international educators and connecting them with resources and with colleagues in the field of international education.

University of California-Los Angeles Dashew Center - Intl. Students & Scholars
Jenn Weingarten is the Assistant Director at the Dashew Center for International Students and Scholars at the University of California-Los Angeles (UCLA), where she creates programs for the university’s international and domestic student populations and the UCLA community-at-large. She is a member of NAFSA Trainer Corps, certified to train workshops on campus and community programming and intercultural communications and served as Dean of the CCP Workshop and Dean Mentor. Throughout her professional career, Weingarten worked directly with campus departments, offices, and student groups to implement programs. She is serving as co-chair of NAFSA's Rainbow SIG and served as the Region XII Secretary.
