Esha Bera is a Program Coordinator for the Thomas Jefferson Scholarship Program’s Tunisia Community College Scholarship Program and Tunisia Undergraduate Scholarship Program. Through these programs, Esha mentors youth from Tunisia in leadership, professional, and academic skills, preparing them to contribute to Tunisia’s economic development. Esha has technical experience in developing youth leadership programming and providing operational capacity for programs.

Prior to joining IREX, Esha worked for the Rule of Law Initiative at the American Bar Association and Relief International in supporting operations and logistics for international development programs in the Middle East.

Esha holds a BA in International Studies with a concentration in Near East Studies from Washington College and specializes in the Middle East.
