Yeana Lam obtained her doctorate in education at the University of California, Santa Barbara. In her current role as Research Analyst at the University of California Education Abroad Program, she serves to promote robust student program evaluations, student outcomes research, and academic integration efforts, with regards to international education opportunities.

Hsiu-Zu Ho is Associate Dean of the systemwide University of California Education Abroad Program (UCEAP) and is responsible for the academic integration, academic oversight, and faculty engagement (across the ten UC campuses). As Professor of Education and Psychology at the University of California Santa Barbara, her research focuses on international education and cross-cultural psychology. Ho was a recipient of a Fulbright Senior Scholar research award and hosted by Taiwan’s Academia Sinica. Prior to her position at UCEAP, she served as Associate Dean of UCSB’s Gevirtz Graduate School of Education focusing on international education and global outreach. She was past president of the American Education Research Association’s International Studies SIG. Born in Taiwan, Ho received her B.S. in mathematics from Purdue University, and Ph.D. in psychology from University of Colorado, Boulder.
