Dmitry Endovitcky, rector of Voronezh State University, Professor, D.Sc. in Economics, chairs the Regional Council of University Rectors which includes heads of all the institutions of higher education in the region. Published 247 scientific papers and 34 works on methodology; academic advisor of 55 PhD holders and 4 doctoral degree holders: h-index - 29. Since 1994, Dmitry Endovitcky has been taking part in various business trips all over the world in order to study the problems of global economy, investment, university management and globalization of education. In the period while he has been in the office Voronezh State University has been paying particular attention to the process of internationalization of education. Our academics has won many TEPUS and ERASMUS+ grants and established links with various foreign higher education institutions around the world. Under Dmitry’s guidance the university is promoting double-degree programs and student and academic exchange.
