Wagner Belo. PhD, MA, BA. I hold a liberal arts degree from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), a master degree in applied linguistics from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UFF), and PhD in Modern Romance Languages at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, (UFRJ.) My currently position is Coordinator of International Affairs at the office of the President at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology in Southeastern Minas Gerais (IFSEMG). I’m the current coordinator of “Science without Borders Program” in IFSEMG and “100,000 Strong in the Americas” capacity building grant awarded during the Innovation Funds Competition One. I manage some international programs in countries like Colombia, Argentina, US, UK, France, and others. In the period of 2016-2018 I am the vice national coordinator of International Relations of the Brazilian Network for Vocational and Technological Institutes.
