Athena Mison Fulay, Senior Program Manager for Institutional Engagement, joined the Institute of International Education to work on the Fulbright Scholar Program in 2003. Her initial desk responsibilities involved U.S. Scholar Program administration to Europe, including the Visiting Fulbright German International Education Administrators Seminar. As senior program officer for outreach, she expanded the Fulbright Campus Representative Network by 600 institutions and enhanced alumni outreach initiatives through the design and creation of the Fulbright Alumni Ambassador Program.
