William is the International Sponsor Relations Manager at Penn State University. William is a graduate of Penn State University and the University of Pittsburgh. After completing a Fulbright Fellowship in Kazakhstan, William continued working in the region as Communications Manager at KIMEP University and Participant Recruiter at the American Councils for International Education. Currently, William serves as International Sponsor Relations Manager at Penn State University, with a portfolio of nearly 70 sponsoring organizations which account for 850+ students. William also supports the Vice Provost of Global Programs with engagement efforts in Central Asia and program development.

Previous work experience is as an international officer at Kokshetau State University (Kazakhstan), research intern at Penn State Global office and Penn State Law. At the present moment represents Penn State University in Kazakhstan as a Global Ambassador.
