Patricia A Cardoso has a PhD in Industrial Engineering. She is a professor at the Federal University of Espirito Santo (UFES), Brazil, where she teaches at the Industrial Eng undergraduate course and advises Master works in the graduate program of Civil Engineering. She runs several international research agreements and coordinated the Outgoing Mobility and the Science without Border Program for 4 years before becoming the Secretary of the Office of International Affairs.

Kyria Finardi

Kyria Finardi has a PhD in Applied Linguistics and a post-doctorate in English. She is a professor of the English Language Teaching undergraduate course and advises master and Phd students in the graduate programs of Linguistics (PPGEL) and Education (PPGE) of the Federal University of Espirito Santo (UFES). She is the coordinator of the language division of the office of international relations of UFES and of the Languages without Borders program there. She is the author of many papers, chapters and books published internationally about the role of English in the internationalisation process of higher education.
