Raegan Hiles is the Head of Outbound Mobilities Programmes at Universities UK International. She manages the Go International programme delivering the national strategy for outward mobility - which looks to increase the proportion of UK university students who spend some time of their HE experience studying, working or volunteering abroad. She also manages HEGlobal, the joint inititiative between Universities UK International and the British Council - which empowers UK universities to maintain their worldleading position in delivering transnational education and grow student numbers. In previous roles at Universities UK, Raegan was the policy advisor on transnational education, was a member of the team working on immigration policy, and led on the international policy agenda for Unviersities Wales. Before efore joining Universities UK, Raegan managed AMOSSHE, the UK's national Student Services Association, and prior to that was in the central Research Assessment Exercise 2008 management team at HEFCE. Raegan has a BA(Hons) from the University of Warwick, MA from University College London and an MPA from the University of York.
