Randy Hardwick is an adult learning specialist focused on second language acquisition and intercultural communication. His areas of expertise incliude management of intensive English programs and pathway programs in the United States and abroad. He is also an experienced program designer, and curriculum writer and has broad business experience including strategic planning and budgetary control. Other interests include recruitment and enrollment management, faculty/staff development, and student advising.

Mr. Hardwick has an M.A. in applied linguistics from DePaul University. He has worked as the Center Director at Study Group's Roosevelt University Internatonal Study Center in Chicago since June 2015.
