Trixie is currently the Student Outreach Coordinator at Diversity Abroad. In this role, she overseas the Diversity Abroad website, original resources, and programs aimed at increasing the diversity of students with access to and participating in international opporutnities. Integral to this position is overseeing the Go Global Campus Tour (GGT), which ensures that students from diverse economic, educational, ethnic and social backgrounds are aware, have equal access and take advantage of the benefits and opportunities afforded through global educational exchanges. Trixie visits a broad range of campuses across the country, directly connecting students to Diversity Abroad resources, engaging in conversations about access and inclusion, and inspiring students to pursue opportunities abroad.

Trixie has her BA in Sociology and American Studies from UC Berkeley, and her MA in International Education with a Peace Education focus from Teachers College, Columbia University. She is also an alum of the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program. In addition to her work at Diversity Abroad, Trixie currently serves as a member of NAFSA's Diversity and Inclusion in Education Abroad Subcommittee, and is also an Advisory Board member for the non-profit organization, Global Glimpse.
