Marisa Vacchi joined EUSA-Academic Internship Experts in 2009 after several years of experience in the field of international education. Prior to her role at EUSA, Marisa worked for CIEE organizing and managing orientations for international students participating in both work and travel and trainee programs in the United States, as well as overseeing a variety of marketing initiatives for these programs. She holds a BA in International Studies and Spanish from American University. Marisa discovered her calling for study abroad during her junior year in college when she spent a semester in Santiago, Chile. Chile remains one of her top travel destinations along with the remainder of South America, Eastern Europe, and Italy.
