Vannessa Kramer is the Director of Global Programs for the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, in Tucson, Arizona. She has been in the field of international education for ten years and is responsible for designing and implementing study abroad opportunities and programs for Eller undergraduate business students. She approaches her position in a very entrepreneurial way and recognizes that business students seek out international experiences that will enhance both their personal and professional development. In addition to this business-like approach she has great respect for the student experience and tries very hard to deliver a high quality, memorable, well-coordinated international student experience.
She manages a diverse portfolio of study abroad options including faculty led programs, international internships, semester and summer study abroad programming, and international service experiences. Vannessa also teaches a course titled “Topics & Careers in The Global Environment” for the Global Business Program, where she applies a critical global perspective pedagogy. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Education with an emphasis in sociocultural studies and global perspectives.
Her areas of expertise include program development, partner collaboration, faculty training and development, risk management, comprehensive program management, marketing and promotion, cross-cultural communication, study abroad advising, and student development.

Lauren Findlow graduated from the Eller College Management at the University of Arizona with a degree in Marketing and minors in both Mandarin Chinese and Global Business. Throughout her undergraduate career she spent her summers working across the globe in Hong Kong, London, and Buenos Aires. Lauren's passion for education, travel, and improving her Mandarin, led her to be a founding member of the Eller College Chinese Student Council and the Eller Global Business Leaders Program. She targeted her Honors Thesis research on benchmarking current international student resource offerings in Eller against those offered in other similarly ranked business schools. After graduating, she moved to Hunan, China to teach English over 600 seventh grade students. She now serves as the Eller College of Management's Pre-Business Career Coach; specializing in program development, event coordination, global internship advising, and providing career advice to lower-division domestic and international business students.
