Presenter is the Director of International Office at Universiti Malaysia Pahang, where she leads the university's internationalization initiatives. She has led the efforts in promoting programs such as community and cultural engagement of international students at the university, and mobility programs which include Study Abroad. She also serves on the committee for International Student Recruitment. Due to her academic background, she is also involved in ESL training for foreign students at the university, focusing on the use of technology in learning English. She received her BSc in EE from GWU (USA), her post-graduate diploma in TESL from ITM (Malaysia), her MSc in TESP from Aston (UK) and her PhD in ELS from IIUM (Malaysia).
