STEM students have a unique ability to obtain paid global internships in their technical fields. This poster will highlight sources of paid STEM internships abroad and how students may seek them.

Allison Noffsinger is the Global Internship Advisor at the Georgia Institute of Technology and has been in the international education field since 2008. As an international educator, Allison has worked in study abroad, exchange student services, ESL instruction, and international student recruiting. Her professional and educational pursuits have led her to live and/or work extensively in Peru, Spain, Israel, and Colombia. Allison loves the uniqueness of the Global Internship Program at Georgia Tech, as it allows her to keep one foot in international education and another in industry, preparing students to work with major companies around the world. In her spare time, she can usually be found on a soccer field or traveling to soccer venues around the world.
