Jerome Le Carrou is the founder and CEO of Next Step Connections. He was educated in France where he completed a B.A in English Literature, Chinese and political sciences at Université de Rennes II. He was an ISEP exchange student at Utah State University.

Jerome founded Next Step Connections (NSC) after a post-graduation internship experience in China in 2008, with the mission to enable students to learn and transform through experiential learning programs. To date, NSC has helped 1500+ students from 50 countries and 30 partner Universities to enhance themselves towards full potental through Internships, study-tours and recently virtual Internship projects.

Jerome has lived in France, the United States, China and is currently basd in South-East Asia in Bangkok. He has spoken at the Global CIEE Shanghai Luncheon, GlobaLinks Learning Abroad Annual Luncheon, Global Internship Conference (GIC), French Tech, National Innovation Agency in Thailand and more.
