Rachel Hendrix

Asst. Dean, High Impact Learning

Rachel Hendrix currently serves as Assistant Dean of High Impact Practices for the University College at the University of West Florida. She received her bachelor’s degree in public relations and a master’s degree in strategic communication and leadership, both from the University of West Florida and is currently pursuing her Ed.D. in diversity studies at UWF. She has been active in the area of international education for over 12 years, with a focus on intercultural communication. She serves as chair for the Florida Association of International Educators (FAIE) and is a board member for the Gulf Coast Citizen Diplomacy Council.

Miloni Gandhi

Director - International Market Development & Student Experience
Foothill-De Anza Community College District
Los Altos Hills, CA

Previous experience; International recruiting counseling students in study abroad as well as international students preparing to come to the US. Regional interests include Latin America, Asia, Middle East, and Europe. Miloni Gandhi is currently serving as the Director of International Market Development and Student Experience tasked with campus internationalization efforts and bridging the gap between domestic and international students to help foster the spirit of global citizenship.
