This poster offers a statistical overview and outcomes of the Viterbi Graduate Mentorship Program at the University of Southern California for engineering MS and PhD students.

Yadi was one of the 819,644 international students in the U.S. back in the 2012/13 year. After she finished the Bachelor's degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language in China, she obtained the Master’s Degree in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs at University of Southern California in 2014.
Since the graduation in 2014, Yadi has been working as the International Graduate Programs Advisor at Viterbi School of Engineering. Serving over 5,500 graduate students in Engineering, most of which are international students, Yadi’s priorities are new students transition (including this Mentorship Program), enrollment management, advising, safety education, community building, career services, etc.
With her international student background, work experiences and professional involvements in the field, Yadi looks forward to learning and practicing as an innovative professional for students.
