Lina M. Sevillano works at the Organization of American States (OAS) managing the Rowe Fund financial aid program for studies in the United States. The OAS is the world's oldest regional organization comprising 35 member states in the Americas. Ms. Sevillano joined the OAS in 1999.

Ms. Sevillano has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the OAS Federal Credit Union and OAS Retirement and Pension Fund Committee. She participates in events related to internationalization of higher education and has been invited to participate in panels in different countries in the Americas. She received a master's degree in Development Management from American University in Washington, DC and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de Antioquia in MedellĂ­n-Colombia. Ms. Sevillano is a native of Colombia.
